Position : Senior Sales Executive

Reports to : Sales Director

Type of Position : Fulltime/Permanent

Minimum requirements:

Tertiary Qualification
Excellent technical knowledge of the plastics conversion, polymer chemistry and their respective applications, pigments and colour development.
Sales Management experience in a similar business to business environment.
Technical knowledge of products and customer processes

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Growing sales through the growth of existing clients and generating new business opportunities.
Lead and master the sales generation strategy in the designated geographic area/region, including export sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Achieve/exceed sales targets to ensure the profitability of the business.
Generate new sales strategies and opportunities.
Report on monthly and quarterly sales performance.
Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.
Ensuring the entire sales team performs in all aspects of the sales cycle.
Motivate, assist and support all sales activities within RSA.
